Condition of returned items
Returned shirts must be kept in the same condition in which they were received, with any included tags, certificates, packaging or supporting material returned with the item.
Collector pieces
Vintage, signed, player-issue, match-issued and match-worn pieces may have age-related wear or unique characteristics. These are described and photographed on the product page where known.
Consumer rights
Any mandatory consumer cancellation, return, refund or guarantee rights that apply to the sale remain unaffected. Final return instructions and the official return contact/address must be completed with the store operator's legal details before full public launch.
